How long would it take for my order to be delivered ?

It will take 3-5 business days. For International delivery, we will get in touch with you shortly via email notification. 


Is there any additional hidden charges ?

Delivery charges will be indicated during the checkout process, for both local and common international deliveries. 


What is the exchange policy should I find the products unsatisfactory ?

We will try our best to exchange your order given stock is available. If not, email us directly at sa2020@axxel.biz and we will assist with refund. 


I would like to order certain products but it says out of stock, what should I do?

You can order an item that is out of stock. Just enquire us directly through our email address.


How can I track my order ?

We will send you an email notification at every stage of the order for updates. For international delivery, we will provide a FedEx tracking number. 


I will be attending the Airshow on multiple days, can I just self-collect ?

Self-Collection is available as an option at check-out. Under delivery mode, simply select self-collect and input your date of collection at our warehouse location.  


My country is not listed under available destination, what do I do ?

Simply direct your enquiry to our email address at sa2020@axxel.biz and we will assist you accordingly.


What about customs for international deliveries ?

Items for shipment outside of Singapore may be subject to taxes, customs duties & fees levied by the destination country. Axxel Marketing is authorized to designate a carrier as your agent with relevant customs & tax authorities, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your Import Fees for such item. 


What is onsite printing and how do I use the service ?

We provide full UV printing for our Memory Block and naming personalization for our Tote Bag. When you order them online, we will send a unique identification number via email after confirmation. On the day itself, simply present the number for onsite printing service.
